VERTICAL CIRCUITS INC- ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF MARK TYNDALL TO ITS ADVISORY BOARD

Mark Tyndall, Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Relations at MIPS Technologies (www.mips.com) has joined the Advisory Board of Vertical Circuits Inc.  Vertical Circuits Inc. is a global supplier of advanced die level vertical interconnect technology, products, services and intellectual property for the manufacture of low cost, ultra high-speed/high density semiconductor components.

In his position with MIPS Technologies, Mr. Tyndall directs M&A activities, identifies and establishes strategic business partnerships and expands the company’s relationships with the financial community. He joined MIPS Technologies from Infineon Technologies, where he held the position of Vice President of Business Development since 1999. Prior to his career at Infineon, Mr. Tyndall held management positions in product marketing for wireless, multimedia and networking products for Fujitsu Microelectronics, Germany, having earlier begun his career at Philips Semiconductor in the Netherlands.
